Pro4all Acquires STA Software to Continue Building the Leading European Construction Software Provider

The Hague, 23 January 2025: Pro4all announces the acquisition of STA Software, a SaaS provider based in Gemert, the Netherlands, specializing in quality management solutions for the construction industry. This acquisition further solidifies Pro4all's position towards becoming the leading software provider in Europe's construction and real estate sectors while strengthening its quality and inspection management offering. Since joining the Main Capital Partners ("Main") portfolio in April 2022, this marks the third step in Pro4all's international buy-and-build strategy, following the acquisitions of Copenhagen-based construction software provider Byggeprojekt in July 2024 and Munich-based PMG in March 2023.

Founded in 2016, STA Software delivers quality management solutions through a modern multi-tenant SaaS platform. Its product suite includes modules for delivery and inspections, quality assurance, safety inspections, automated planning and warranty management. STA Software serves over 400+ customers, including contractors, construction managers, and electrotechnical installation companies, with the majority of its client base located in the Netherlands. Clients include Ten Brinke, PlanGarant, and Hurks. Known for its innovative and structured approach to digitizing quality processes, STA Software has established itself as a key challenger in the Dutch construction software market.
