Pro4all is used by 34 of the Cobouw Top 50: 25 years of construction software

The Cobouw Top 50 is the Netherlands' annual ranking of the country's largest construction firms, published by Cobouw, the Dutch construction industry's leading trade title. The list shows who shapes the sector, from major contractors to the country's biggest construction groups.

We're proud that 34 firms in the most recent Cobouw Top 50 use one or more Pro4all solutions. That means we work daily with a large share of the leaders in Dutch construction on the same goal: running projects more efficiently, more transparently, and with fewer surprises.

Digital collaboration on the construction site

Construction is digitising fast. Project documentation, drawings, quality checks and day-to-day communication increasingly need to live in one place, accessible from both the office and the site.

Our software helps construction firms:

  • centralise document management
  • manage drawings digitally
  • improve collaboration between project teams
  • reduce the cost of rework and errors
  • keep project information available anywhere, anytime

The fact that so many Cobouw Top 50 firms work with our software confirms what we already see day to day: digitalisation in construction is no longer a future ambition, it's how the work gets done.

"Having 34 of the 50 largest construction firms in the Netherlands working with our software is a signal of the trust the sector places in us." Pieter Beuker, CCO, Pro4all

25 years in construction

Pro4all turns 25 this year. Since we were founded in Woerden, in the Netherlands, we've focused entirely on building software for the construction and real estate sector.

That focus has earned us a strong position in the market. Our solutions are now used by hundreds of organisations and tens of thousands of users, from mid-sized contractors to the largest names in the Cobouw Top 50.

What's driven us hasn't changed: help construction firms organise their projects better and make collaboration easier.

What's next

Construction faces serious pressure: housing demand, sustainability targets, tighter margins, and the need to deliver projects faster. Software is becoming part of how that pressure gets absorbed.

We keep investing in the tools that make project delivery more predictable, on site and across teams. Together with our customers, including many in the Cobouw Top 50, we're building toward a sector where digital collaboration is the default, not the exception.
