What does Snagstream cost?
Snagstream can be used by any organization, from small to large, and from contractors to clients. This is because we base the license on how you want to use Snagstream and by how many users. During a short introductory meeting, we look at your situation together and provide a tailored price proposal based on that.

Is a trial period available for using Snagstream?
Yes. It is possible to try Snagstream without obligation through a trial period. During this fourteen-day trial, you will get access to a Snagstream environment where you can experience the core functionalities, such as viewing projects, creating snags, and working with drawings. The trial is intended to give you a clear understanding of how Snagstream works in practice. Management functionalities, such as configuring or modifying forms and structures yourself, are not included in the trial.

Is a project-based license possible?
Snagstream can be used company-wide, but it can also be purchased per project. Snagstream works in a project-based way: for each project, you create a dedicated project environment with associated drawings, punch items, users, and reports. The minimum contract term for Snagstream is one year.
Usage
My account is blocked, what should I do?
Your account may be blocked, for example if you enter an incorrect password three times. An account is automatically blocked and can only be unblocked by an admin user or by Pro4all. Don’t know who the admin user is within your company? Please contact the Pro4all Support team: +31 (0)348 489600.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
On the login page of the different streams, you will see the text Forgot password? Clicking this allows you to enter your email address or username. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Please note: the link in the email is only valid for 48 hours. After that, you will need to request a new link.
Zijn er Snagstream-trainingen beschikbaar?

Can we work with standard forms and/or checklists?
Yes. Snagstream includes standard digital forms and checklists for inspections and handover items. These can be used directly within projects and ensure a consistent, uniform way of recording information, including photos, statuses, responsibilities, and reporting.
Can we use our own templates?
Yes. In Snagstream, you can work with your own templates for snags and forms, so that documentation aligns with your way of working and any requirements from clients.
Can I upload floor plans myself?
Yes. In Snagstream, you can add drawings or floor plans to a project yourself via the web environment. Once uploaded, you can open the drawing and work on it by linking snags and observations during inspections or walkthroughs.
Can I place points on drawings and link photos?
Yes. In Snagstream, while performing a walkthrough, you can open a drawing and long-press on the location where you want to add a point to create a snag. You then enter the details of that point, such as description and status, and can link photos or other attachments. This way, you can immediately see where the point belongs on the drawing and what information is associated with it.
Can I generate a PDF report with many photos?
Yes. In Snagstream, you can create a report via the web environment based on a standard or custom template and export it as a PDF. You decide which snags and forms are included and whether photos, locations, and other data are added. The generated PDF can then be downloaded and shared.
Can my client have online access? Or can external parties view the project?
Yes. In Snagstream, partners such as subcontractors, suppliers, or co-makers get access to the points assigned to them and automatically see these in the app or on the website. They can open those points, update the status, and provide feedback via available fields such as Status and Feedback, or indicate that a point has been completed.

Our servers are hosted in three locations in Western Europe, and the connection is secured at bank-level using SSL, ensuring your data is 100% secure. Can Snagstream be integrated with other software?
Yes. Snagstream can be integrated with Prostream, allowing drawings and photos from a Prostream project to be directly available in Snagstream for inspections and handover items. There is also an integration with Docstream, ensuring that you always work with the most up-to-date drawings from document management. In addition, Snagstream has an API, making integrations with other software applications possible.
