Pro4all Connect

Connect your Pro4all applications to your entire application landscape.

One platform for all your integrations, built as standard or on request

Construction companies don’t work in a single system. They work in SharePoint, an ERP, a CRM, and in Pro4all solutions. Those systems run alongside each other, but not yet structurally together. The result: duplicate work, manual data entry, and the constant question of which version is actually current.

Pro4all Connect is the integration layer of Pro4all. We don’t replace your existing application landscape, we deliberately become part of it. Built, tested, and maintained by us. You activate and keep working, whether that’s a standard connection from the Marketplace or one we build on request for your specific situation.

Why choose Pro4all Connect:
Your systems run side by side, but not yet together

Many organisations use Pro4all applications alongside existing systems like ERP, SharePoint, and CRM. Each system has its own function, but they’re often not connected. In practice, that means:

  • Entering the same project data twice across multiple systems
  • Information that’s out of sync between, for example, an ERP, SharePoint, and Pro4all solutions
  • No single source of truth — every system tells its own story
  • Time lost on administration instead of project work

Pro4all Connect puts an end to that. By connecting your Pro4all applications to your existing application landscape, systems no longer run side by side. They work as one cohesive whole.

Two routes:
Standard from the Marketplace, or built on request for your system

Standard connections

Connections between cloud solutions that we’ve built in advance. They’re ready in the Marketplace. Open the Marketplace, choose what you need, activate. No development work, no implementation planning.

Connections on request

Is the system you want to connect not in the Marketplace? Request a custom connection. We build it on the Connect platform and keep it running — specifically for your situation.

The power of Pro4all Connect

Four building blocks that make your IT landscape one cohesive whole

Marketplace

The Marketplace brings all standard connections together in one place. Activate what you need, pause what’s temporarily not relevant, adjust configurations. No waiting on an implementation timeline.

Connections

Every connection is developed, tested, and maintained by us: whether it’s a standard connection from the Marketplace or one built on request. No coding on your end, no testing, no keeping track of whether the other side still works.

Workflows

Workflows are the rules behind a connection. They determine which data is transferred, when, and with which filters. We design and test them; you configure them for your situation. Set it up once, then it runs automatically.

Monitoring

A dashboard with sync history, error notifications, audit logs, and alerts. You see what’s happening and get notified as soon as something needs attention. For IT, project managers, and management, this creates one shared reality.

How Pro4all Connect works:
From separate systems to one working whole in three steps

Open the Marketplace and choose the standard connection you need. Is your system not listed? Request a custom connection, we build it for your situation.

For each connection, you set which accounts to link and which data gets transferred. No development work needed, filling in a few fields is enough.

From that point on, the connection runs automatically. The dashboard shows you what’s happening and when.

Our approach:
Three principles behind Pro4all Connect

Cloud-first.

Our standard connections work with cloud systems that expose an internet API. For connections on request, we can also look at systems running locally. Get in touch to discuss what’s possible for your situation.

We build, you activate.

We develop, test, and maintain every connection, standard or on request. No in-house developers needed, no keeping track of whether the other side still works.

One platform.

Standard connections, custom connections, all data and monitoring run through the same platform. One place for configuration, one place for monitoring — whether the connection is standard or custom.

Frequently asked questions about
Pro4all Connect

Which systems can I connect via the Marketplace right now?

From Q2 2026, the SharePoint-to-Prostream connection will be available in a closed beta. After that, it will become more broadly available to all our customers. The Connect platform is built to support an ever-growing set of connections, and the Marketplace expands as they’re developed and tested.

Does Connect also work with local software like Solibri or other local or desktop systems?

Yes. Via the Marketplace, you connect your systems using standard connections. These are connections between cloud systems that expose an API over the internet.

Have a specific connection in mind that’s not yet in the Marketplace? Or do you need a connection with locally installed or on-premise software? Request a custom connection.

Can I build my own workflows?

Not within standard connections. All workflows there are developed, tested, and maintained by us, so we can guarantee they work reliably and keep working. You can configure which folders, projects, and filters apply per connection.

For custom connections, we’re happy to discuss your workflow requirements so everything fits seamlessly with how you work.

What if the API of a connected system changes?

We develop, test, and maintain all connections. Any API changes are handled by us, you don’t need to do a thing.

How do I know if a connection is working?

The monitoring dashboard shows all sync actions, error notifications, and statistics.

Ready to connect?

See which standard connections are available in the Marketplace, or request a custom connection for systems that aren’t listed yet. Prefer to talk it through first? Schedule a meeting.
