Stronger together: what our next step means for you

Stronger together: what our next step means for you

Construction is one of the most important industries in the world. Everything around you – from homes to hospitals – starts with a construction site. At the same time, the industry is under pressure: building faster, with fewer resources and higher demands for safety and quality. All the while, up to 12% of the construction budget is lost annually to mistakes due to miscommunication and poor information. This must and can be improved.

At Pro4all, we therefore build solutions every day that help construction teams work together smarter – safer, clearer and with fewer mistakes. Our ambition is to offer an all-in-one platform that supports every project, from start to completion. That way, together we ensure first-time-good quality: on time, on budget, and built to last.

We reinforce that mission with the acquisition of STA Software (specialized in quality assurance) and SafetyFirst (for safe working on construction sites). A logical step to align our products, knowledge and support even better. But what does that mean for you?

Why these acquisitions?

Our ambition is to help construction companies work smarter and avoid mistakes. With these expansions, we are bringing different products, expertise and teams together. What will that bring over time?

  • We can support you better because we have more knowledge and a larger team
  • Faster development of different modules
  • One platform where everything really works together

In short: less hassle, less duplication, fewer mistakes.

What remains the same?

We understand that changes can raise questions. That is why it is good to know: your current login and access remain the same. Your contact person remains your permanent point of contact. You will continue to work as usual.

What does change?

Behind the scenes, we are building smart integrations so that you, the user, can do your job more easily and our products work together even better. That means in the short term:

  • Soon: integration between STA Software and Prostream → Exchange files like drawings directly between both systems.
  • Later in 2025: integration between STA Software and Byggeprojekt Review & Tender → Exchange files like documents directly between both systems

What are we building now?

In addition to day-to-day product development, we are working on one common roadmap for all Pro4all products. These are the first steps:

  1. Integrations between document management, quality control, review & tender and security: Allows you to easily send documents back and forth between Pro4all’s different applications.
  2. One login: You now only need one set of login credentials (email address and password) to login to all the different applications.
  3. Easier in-app navigation: In the application you find links to all other applications of Pro4all. This allows you to switch between the different applications faster and be instantly logged in.
  4. Recognizable look: The apps will look more similar, thanks to more consistent use of styles, colors and other visual elements.
  5. Group modules: When data is created or updated in one of the Pro4all applications, it is immediately available in the other applications as well.
  6. One way of working, in every app: Some elements, such as the navigation menu and profile page, will be the same in all Pro4all applications.
  7. One app: One platform for all applications.
